Sneak Peak at Birdy Bunting..uploading this weekend to the online shoppe!
This week has been a whirlwind of events. I am still continuing with my Cycling Scotland campaign design work whilst juggling orders and creating new ranges. I love being busy, so this week has been somewhat enjoyable – even though I haven’t had a minute! I am happiest when focused on a goal and seeing myself reach it step by step..ticking off the check-list.
Today was one of my West End days where I visit my stockists and do my networking. It’s always such a motivating experience! Being in the environments of the shops and seeing my items in action makes me want to make more and progress with my Messyla dreams. It also gives me so much inspiration being away from the ‘office’ for the day..being in the country often has it’s moments of gargantuan isolation! That’s no secret.
On another note…
Last night, something terrible happened! My beloved Oscar brought me in a few presents. That were alive. 4am I woke with a start to Oscar prancing in my room with a tiny little black field mouse. I have never been so horrified or distraught in all my life! I was screaming and running around my room..what to do at these situations? In the heat of the moment I couldn’t save the poor little mouse – to which I am a little upset. And as for the bird and the other mouse? they didn’t make it either. YES, bird and other mouse. You did hear me correctly..I think sometimes I forget that he isn’t my fluffy son who has four legs and a tail. He is, infact, a cute little cat with instincts to kill. Which, of course, is beyond my help and disapproval! I am pretty much a vegeterian for heavens sake..
Anyway.
I hope you all have a lovely weekend in the sunshine (if indeed it is at your end of the computer!). And hopefully, with a bit of luck, mouse-less. x

Eep! I remember when Mana brought a bird inside… We luckily managed to rescue it, but it was very crazy with a lot of arm waving and screaming! I have no idea how she even caught it in the first place because she is the clumsiest cat ever!
