This Christmas, we made a little festive cocktail for the family: A Poinsettia. Named after my favourite holiday flower, it was delicious and easy to make!*
*The second time. We had an accident.
60 ml Triple Sec
250ml Cranberry Juice
In a blender, add the triple sec, cranberry juice, zest of an orange and a few handfuls of ice. Blend together to make a slush! Add to pretty little glasses and top up each with the prosecco. Do not add the prosecco to the blender, we added it without thinking…and can you imagine what happened? Think of a cheesy movie where the blender explodes, hits the ceiling and floors and our faces. Yes! That actually happened. A definite Christmas memory was made this year! Enjoy.x
